About this Webinar

We’re all in a season of waiting during the coronavirus pandemic. However, this season has been especially challenging for teens and young adults who were looking forward to celebrating milestones, who are missing being with their friends, and who are perhaps facing feelings of grief and loss for the first time. We need to do a lot of talking about how they’re feeling…but how do we begin?

Our Panel of Experts Will:

  • Help you navigate how to have hard conversations with your younger church members about stress, anxiety, grief, and feeling overwhelmed.
  • Discuss how to acknowledge the weariness that has set in at this stage in social distancing.
  • Talk about the importance of integrative health (the whole being; emotional, spiritual, educational, social, physical), not just talk around it.
  • Provide practical, easy-to-implement habits and strategies to create new rhythms in this new reality.
  • Show you how to move forward with implementing the tools you learn from this session and from other sources.
