Southeastern University and the National Latino Evangelical Coalition – through the joint venture of the Carrión Hispanic Leadership Center (CHLC), invite Hispanic/Latino congregations to join our Avance Initiative – a comprehensive, year-long program empowering the pastor and four of their leaders address the imminent shifts in leadership and equip their congregations to become thriving places of spiritual growth and community engagement.

Registration Details

$10,000 $2,000

This program is valued at more than $10,000 per congregation (5 individuals); however, the Lilly Foundation grant will subsidize 80%. Hence, the cost is only: $2000 for all 5 leaders.  That’s roughly $33/month per person.

$2,000 Covers

  • Coursework
  • Consultants & Professors Fees
  • Congregational & Leadership Assessments
  • Attendance at the Yearly Leadership Summit every fall (flights not included)

Requirements

  • The pastor AND 4 leaders within the same congregation must attend the once-per-month 90-minute online class 
  • The pastor AND 4 leaders should attend the Annual Leadership Summit every fall

Upon registration/payment: a syllabus will be sent via email to all registrants.
