Dr. Scott Jones

Bio

For over 30 years, Pastor Scott Jones has demonstrated exceptional leadership in building and nurturing Grace Church in Houston, Texas. Today, it is one of the city's largest non-denominational congregations. His innovative approach to Bible-based teaching, community building, and global outreach has resulted in significant spiritual and organizational growth. Under his leadership, Grace Church has expanded its ministries to include comprehensive programs for children, youth, and adults, while placing a strong emphasis on discipleship, leadership development, and service. Pastor Jones holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) that has further deepened his capacity to connect rigorous theological understanding with practical ministry leadership.

Dr Jones has cultivated a dynamic church environment that values modern worship, practical theology, and a deep commitment to both local and global missions—values that closely align with the mission of Southeastern University and its School of Divinity programs.
