Center for Women in Leadership

About the Center for Women in Leadership

Southeastern University’s Center for Women in Leadership (CWL) equips women to discover and develop their divine design, and to serve Christ and the world through a Spirit-empowered learning and leadership.

The program connects young women, who are invited to participate each school year, to other strong female leaders to help develop their leadership. A group of 10 ladies (between the ages of 18 and 22) are invited each school year. The group spends the year visiting local women-led businesses. During these visits, participants engage in critical thinking as they learn leadership skills alongside these women-leaders. Participants also gain the benefits of one-on-one mentoring and participate in a book study. This program aims to further develop the leadership and reach of female students in every field.
